    ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Recognizing the importance and expense of participating in the Olympic Games, Richard Peters, on behalf of Harney Westwood and Reigels, on Tuesday November 15 2011, handed over a $10,000 cheque to the BVI Olympic Committee (BVIOC).

    CARIBBEAN SQUASH CHAMPIONSHIPS - Cayman - August 7-13, 2011

    At the 2011 Caribbean Squash Championships in Cayman, BVI’s Joe Faragher-Kneipp and Joe Chapman, both unbeaten and without dropping a game, lead OECS to victory with a 3-2 win over Jamaica in the final.  On the path to their first ever championship in over 30 years, OECS beat Guyana and Jamaica in the qualifying round and Cayman in the semi final.  Against Guyana the scores were:

    1 Joe Faragher-Kneipp (BVI) beat Richard Chin 11/5, 11/3, 11/3
    2 Joe Chapman (BVI) beat Alex Arjoon 11/6, 11/3, 11/9
    3 Kevin Hannaway (SVG) beat Robert McDavid 11/8, 11/6, 11/5
    4 Kevin Bailey (SVG) lost to Jamal Callender 8/11, 1/11, 5/11
    5 Shane Slater (SVG) lost to Ramon Chan-A-Sue 11/7, 11/6, 10/12, 9/11, 5/11
